** Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway BRKa.N acquires about 2.4 million Class A shares of Lennar between October 1-2, per SEC filing
** Purchase also includes 15,028 Class B shares
** Filing shows over 28.4 million Class A shares and over 568,000 Class B shares held by Berkshire Hathaway and its subsidiaries as of October 5
** Berkshire has been consistently boosting its stake in the homebuilder, becoming LEN's biggest shareholder with a 8.7% stake as of September 30, according to LSEG data
** Including session's moves, LEN stock down close to 26% YTD
